Foodtrack terms of use
This is a translation of the Dutch terms of use. If the two differ, the Dutch version prevails.
1. Who we are
Foodtrack is an app by Nada Projects (KvK 99039753). Contact: info@nadaprojects.com.
2. What Foodtrack is
Foodtrack helps you keep track of what you eat and follow personal goals, including with AI-based estimates of nutritional values and public food databases.
3. No medical advice
All results are estimates. They do not replace a doctor or dietitian. Consult a professional in case of a medical condition, pregnancy or an eating disorder. You remain responsible for your own choices and for checking the results.
4. Age and account
You are 18 or older. You make sure your details are correct and that only you can access your account. You can delete your account at any time, see delete account.
5. Use
You do not use Foodtrack for unlawful purposes and not to harm or overload the service or other users (for example with automated requests). Products, messages or other content you share are your responsibility and must not infringe the rights of others.
6. AI
AI results can be incorrect or incomplete. Check them before relying on them. How your data is processed in the process is described in the privacy policy.
7. Coaches
If you link a coach, you decide what they see. The coach is responsible for their own guidance. Nada Projects is not responsible for it.
8. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep Foodtrack available and secure, but we do not guarantee that the service works uninterrupted or without errors. We may change features or end the service; if we do, we announce it in advance and you can download your data.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Nada Projects is not liable for damage resulting from use of the app or reliance on estimates, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
10. Stopping
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may block or delete an account in case of misuse or breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer law of the country where you live remains applicable.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. For an important change we will let you know in the app.
